We are moving!!

It is official! Our house is under contract to sell and our offer has been excepted to buy a duplex. So we will be moving July 15th or sooner. Where to you ask? About 39oo south and 700 East in Salt Lake City. So as long as nobody pulls out of their contract we will soon be proud owners of a 4636 square foot duplex! If everything plays out correctly this will be very cash flow positive! Sweet! Eventually we will probably move into our own home and rent out our part of the duplex. But lets not get too ahead of ourselves I am just excited to be moving there. I think the outside looks great and is very private. The inside is pretty nice too but we will be doing some remodeling to add our own personal touch. I just enrolled Josh in preschool there for September and it is five days a week for a couple hours and is absolutly free except the registration fee which is nothing. I am really happy about that.
