One more story for the road...
This story took place when I was eight or nine months pregnant with Patrick. Now before I start the story I want to point out that I try really hard to not impose upon my husband when I am pregnant. I never ask him to get me late night cravings, or anything that I know I can do myself. It isn't because I don't want the help. It's because I know I don't want to and that I would be being lazy if I made him do it. Now I do impose upon him the fact that I am moody and sick all the time which he doesn't complain about but they are also things that I can't really do anything about.
So anyway...it was about six o'clock in the morning and I had been laying in bed for about an hour wide awake because I was so hungry but I just wanted to go back to sleep. At one point I realized I would have to eat before I could go back to sleep, so I quietly get up eat some cereal and then make my way back into the bedroom. I guess I wasn't quiet enough, before I could even hang up my robe Trevor says "what time is it and what are you doing?" I told him the the time and the reason for my being awake. He then says in a very mad voice "You could have waited another hour to get up!" (that is when he would have had to get ready for work) then he rolls over and goes to sleep time. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate that was. I went to bed all upset and emotional and then at one point during the day decided to tell him why I was giving him the cold shoulder. Needless to say he felt horrible, had no idea that he had done that, and reminded me that anything that he does while sleeping he should not be held responsible for.
My husband loves to pamper me and so to think that he did that in his sleep, we just have to laugh...who was that?
So I hope you had a laugh or two, I am sure the stories are funnier when you experience them first hand. I am sure there are many stories that can be told about me in my sleep but since Annie nor my family are writing this blog I guess no one is able to share them.
Sleep tight!
