Allie's husband was still away for his 12 weeks training with the National Guard. So I took it as my job to make sure that her 30th birthday was amazing. Friday night we had a girls night out. The girls came over and we made Curry (an effort to save money as we were all had put a lot into Allies surprise party, to be on Monday). Then we tried on old prom dresses and took Allie DI hopping to find a prom dress for her to wear to "dinner" on Monday. Erin and I very sneakily got Allie on board with all dressing in the fanciest attire for a nice restaurant on Monday. This is the dress we made Allie buy. PERFECT!!

Friday night Allie left us to go pick up her husband from the airport. What a great weekend!!! Then per request of Allie's SIL Cami, I collected as many bras as I could (a little under 30). Saturday morning Erin (one of Allie's besties) and I put this sign I made up on her house and covered her house in bras. 30 or bust!Happy Birthday Allie, we support you!!

Allie doesn't like pictures of her house up on the Internet, so this is just a very small section and really a horrible picture. Know that it looked much cooler then this tid bit. It had snowed the night before. I was very happy that I didn't break my neck when I climbed on her roof to hang some from the rain gutter.

Monday, the final chapter in the birthday weekend. This is the invitation I made. I designed the right side and printed it. Then made a red card, made a black glitter pocket, made 2 little papers for the pocket (RSVP and info/directions), added a little black stamped envelope for the RSVP. Then tied it together with a black bow and had some black and silver swirls decorating the front. This was all put into a black envelope with a mask for guests to decorate and wear if they wanted.
