For my birthday this year Joshua made me this book. Not only did he make it (the writing on the inside is from the help of his grandma Rosemary), he also sang it to me! That was the best part and it really made me cry, not that that is hard to do these days. But seriously it was the most wonderful gift! On my birthday Allie took me to breakfast, it was amazing! And then that night we went to a dollar movie. My husband watched the kids on the Saturday after my birthday so I could go get a manicure and pedicure and to lunch with my close friend Angie. So this year for my birthday we spent a whopping 2o bucks! It may have been 17? Either way it was a perfect birthday, especially the part where it cost me almost nothing which is what I wanted for my birthday this year to be closer to being out of debt.
If you are confused by the days written, my birthday is the 22nd, the 14th is when Josh wrote this. Josh is going through a phase where he wants to write 2010 on everything, it is fun. He also keeps asking about the world ending in 2012...errrr. So happy the world gets to talk to my son...that was sarcasim fyi.

What a fun birthday and a waaay cute book. I'm sure I would cry at that too. I'm glad that your birthday was awesome, and I'm sad that I wasn't able to spend it with you. Maybe next year?! Who knows.
